Joe Mischler
Managing Director, Novagraaf IP Americas
Joe Mischler joined Novagraaf IP in May 2016. In his role as Executive Vice President and Managing Director Americas, Joe oversees the commercial development activities in North America and actively executes commercial strategies to accelerate the new business growth in the region. Joe also acts on behalf of Novagraaf IP as a liaison for North American clients and Novagraaf’s European operations. Joe has more than 25 years of experience in commercial and client relationship management, specializing in business strategy, business process and driving commercial initiatives within private, corporate and law firm environments.
Prior to joining Novagraaf IP, Joe was Executive Vice President and Managing Director for legal services and software at a leading global intellectual property management company, and responsible for all business activities on a global basis. Joe’s professional experience also includes a number of senior executive and strategic roles with other global industry-leading companies.
Stacy Ravetta
General Counsel at Xinova
Stacey Ravetta was previously a partner at Global IP Law. Stacey is a business lawyer with over fifteen years of experience helping a diverse group of clients to identify and navigate their most complex business and legal issues, both in the U.S. and cross-border. Stacey’s broad transactional experience, both in-house and in private practice, includes patent acquisitions, licensing, strategic counseling and due diligence, debt financing, bankruptcy, life sciences and other business, commercial, services and intellectual property transactions. Before joining Xinova, Stacey spent over 13 years as both a partner and associate at Perkins Coie LLP and 2 years as the General Counsel of the Invention Development Fund, a private equity fund formerly managed by Intellectual Ventures.
Stacey holds a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law (with honors) and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Montana. Stacey was selected as one of IAM’s Magazine’s Leading IP Strategists in 2016 and 2017.
Rob Pressman
Principal at Bramson & Pressman
Rob Pressman is an intellectual property lawyer and principal in the firm of Bramson & Pressman. Prior to co-founding Bramson & Pressman in 1998, Rob was Vice President and General Counsel of InterDigital Patents Corporation, Senior Patent and Technology Counsel for Unisys, and an Associate in the Computer and Technology law group of Schnader, Harrison Segal & Lewis. Rob’s practice focuses on IP commercialization and monetization along with transactional and litigation support projects relating to IP. Rob is a member of the Licensing Executive Society and on the IAM 300 list of the World’s Leading IP Strategists. He is graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Temple University.
